Family is at the heart of everything we do.  Each and every member of the team is a valued member of our extended family. When looking for a partner to create The Waterside Inn’s signature gins we looked for experts in their field, but also people who share our sense of family so we welcome award-winning Hawkridge Distillers into the fold.

This Rhubarb & Ginger Gin has been developed to our own exacting standards, focusing on exquisite botanical flavours, fine-tuned to achieve a perfectly balanced gin.

Using a three-stage distillation process, botanicals include rose petals, lavender, fresh citrus and spice.  Root ginger is distilled separately and blended with the essence of rhubarb to create a gin which delivers a complex combination of sweetness and subtle ginger zing, with a super-smooth juniper finish

For the perfect drink just add plenty of ice, a premium tonic, family and great friends!
