Alain Roux Signature Sorbet Dish

Sorbet, or water ice as it is sometimes know as, is the perfect dairy-free dessert. It is best eaten freshly churned, when it will be meltingly smooth, but it can be stored in the freezer for up to a week in a sealed container. There are some fabulous recipes by Michel Roux in his Desserts book. Take your entertaining to another level by taking a scoop sorbet into this beautiful bowls, which we use in our own Waterside Inn restaurant, before your guests arrive and keep them in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
