Produced for Michel Roux, under The Waterside Inn’s label, this Calvados Pays d’Auge “Venerable” is the flagship of the house Groult. It contains a strain of very old Calvados complemented by spirits, aged 17 to 20 years which bring power and freshness. Brilliant with copper reflections. The aroma shows spicy notes. Soft on the palate with an intense lingering aromatic persistence on the finish.
