Chef Alain Roux invites you to an unforgettable wine tasting dinner. Celebrating French heritage, indulgence and some of the world’s most illustrious French winemakers, it will be our pleasure to introduce you to longstanding friend of the Roux family, Jean Trimbach – 12th generation – Trimbach Ambassador. Dating back to 1626, Maison Trimbach creates the finest wines of Alsace with holdings in some of the region’s most prized sites, including the legendary Clos Sainte Hune – a tiny, 1.67-hectare vineyard that produces one of the world’s most sought-after Rieslings.
