Discover plant-based mastery and how to perfect vegan and vegetarian cuisine as our expert Chef Instructor takes you on a fun and immersive journey that elevates vegetables, fruits, nuts & grains into delicious dining creations! Unlock the flavours and techniques that will see you cook like a pro as you learn how to create three appetising dishes:

  • Jerusalem artichoke soup, onion petals and hazelnut croque monsieur
  • Mushroom Risotto with vegan feta and rocket salad pesto
