What To Expect
Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure as you discover the techniques, flavours and finesse that transform simple BBQs into elegant summer feasts! In this immersive class, our entertaining Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, will teach you how to create a mouthwatering BBQ menu, whilst you master the genius of the innovative Big Green Egg BBQ! Then sit back in our riverside culinary garden and enjoy your delicious dishes with your fellow students. Al fresco dining will never be the same!

What To Wear
We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
