What To Expect
Every chef knows that one of their most prized possessions is their knife set! Master the art of precision in the kitchen by learning essential knife techniques – from selecting the right knife and achieving the correct grip and control, to perfecting slicing, dicing, julienne, baton and chiffonade skills. As well as learning how to cut a range of fruits and vegetables, your expert Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, will teach you how to cook and slice the classic French dish – Chicken vol-au vent. You will leave with a renewed sense of confidence!
