What To Expect
Ranging from the basics to the more elaborate, discover the essential aspects of perfecting versatile stocks and sauces and their power to transform dishes. Enjoy an intimate class where you will be guided through each recipe at your own kitchen workstation as you learn:
- The different specifics of fish, veal, chicken and game stock
- A wide range of sauces including Champagne, Red Wine, Beurre Blanc, Béarnaise and Bechamel
- Create Poached dover sole with three different sauces – Hollandaise, Dieppoise and Sauce Vierge
- Master Braised Lamb Navarin – and take it away to enjoy at home
- Observe your Chef Instructor demonstrating the perfect Steak au Poivre!
