What To Expect
Master the fundamentals of pastry including the basics of making dough as you learn the professional techniques behind savoury and sweet bakes. Your friendly and entertaining Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will guide you through Pate brisées (savoury pastry), Rough puff pastry and Sablée pastry (shortcrust). With expert tips on perfecting textures and balancing flavours, you will also learn the art of elegant presentation.
The dishes you will make:
- Traditional Quiche Lorraine
- Apple Tarte Tatin
- Pear Sablés
