What To Expect

Bellissimo! Learn how to create three classic Italian pastas – agnolotti, fagottini and raviolo, all with our signature French twist. Your friendly Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, will teach you the art of rolling pasta sheets in your pasta making machine – balancing delicacy with uniformity – whilst learning how to craft elegant shapes by hand and perfecting a range of delicious fillings.

What To Wear

We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
