What To Expect
Add style to your gatherings by unlocking the secrets to delicious canapés. Your friendly Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, will teach you easy to follow methods and artistic techniques that demonstrate how you can balance flavour with elegant presentation. What you will learn:
- Ceviche of salmon with citrus and avocado
- Watermelon and celery shot
- Marinated cucumber with rémoulade and soft-boiled quail egg
- Gougères with cheese béchamel

What To Wear
We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
