What To Expect
Step into the world of classic French cuisine as you learn how to cook an authentic 3-course menu inspired by welcoming Parisienne Brasseries. Under the guidance of our entertaining Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, this fun and immersive culinary experience will leave you inspired, confident and ready to bring a taste of France to your own kitchen!
The dishes you will create:
- Soufflé Suissesse. Create this luxurious twice baked cheese soufflé with all of the Roux finesse and flavour
- Steak au Poivre & Frites. Master Steak in peppercorn sauce with classic French Fries as you achieve the perfect sear
- Crêpe Suzette. Finish with delicate crêpes in caramelised Grand Marnier
