What To Expect
Celebrate Easter with the finest seasonal ingredients as you create an unforgettable 3-course feast! From a melt-in-your-mouth starter, to mastering a perfectly roasted lamb rack and finishing with an indulgent chocolate masterpiece, your entertaining Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, will teach you some of the Roux family’s culinary gems. What you will learn:
- Poached egg in puff pastry and asparagus with hollandaise sauce
- Roasted lamb rack with herb crust and gratin dauphinois
- 70% dark chocolate mousse with Bonini Balsamic pickled strawberries
