What To Expect
Join us for a special culinary journey across the iconic Lebanese culture as we are joined by Chef Alain Roux’s dear friend, Mandy. Hailing from Lebanon, Mandy will teach you how to create an authentic 3-course menu inspired by the rich flavours and time-honoured traditions of this remarkable country:
Mezze: Hummus, Baba Ghannouj, Tabbouleh
Main Course: Lamb Shawarma, Aromatic rice with toasted nuts
Dessert: Baklawa
